Come celebrate International Afro-Latin American, Afro-Caribbean & Diaspora Women’s Day with VidaAfrolatina on July 25, 2018. Black Latinx women and girls are at the center of this African Diapora gathering, to define ourselves, for ourselves, and to heal. We join together to speak our truth, to connect and to ignite the social and personal change we need.

This event will take place at the Howard University School of Law (2900 Van Ness Street, NW)  in Washington, DC.

INTERNATIONAL AFRO-LATIN AMERICAN WOMEN’S DAY 2018 GOALS:

*Affirming Black identity
*Building sisterhood
*Prioritizing wellness
*Speaking our truth about child sexual abuse and all forms of sexual violence

Through speakers, dialogue, arts activities and healing workshops, we will build on the legacy of our living SHEroes and our ancestors. We will incite individual and collective transformation. We will reclaim our lives.
